Summer Sizzler Reading Challenge Summer Sizzler

Summer is sizzlin' hot with this year's Monongalia County Reading Challenge.  Each week there will be a new theme for students to read about, as well as suggestions for books from Myon.  Then after you read some of the weekly themed books, share your thoughts on flipgrid.  It is going to be so much fun to see what everyone is reading.  See ya on the "flipside"!

Principal's Message

Dear Students, Families, and Friends,

All of us at Ridgedale miss seeing all of you but hope that everyone is taking time to enjoy the warm temperatures and beautiful sunshine. There is so much happening at Ridgedale! It is amazing how quickly progress is being made on the interior and exterior renovations, including a reconfigured parking lot. This phase of the project will be complete by the time K-5 students return to school on August 20. We will continue to post pictures, so you can keep up with the progress throughout the summer.

Tune in to the Wellness Wednesday Activities found on our homepage and participate in the MCS Summer Sizzler weekly themed activities as well as participate in the Ridgedale Summer Math and Reading Challenge that came home with the report cards. These are all great ways to stay connected to learning throughout the summer.

See you in August!
