School Counselors wear many hats and play an important role in a student's educational success. They are advocates for students and parents and help enrich a student's school experience through academic, career and social/emotional supports. To enhance your child's school experience, please contact your child's school counselor!
Transcript Requests
Graduates PRIOR to the Class of 2018 must request their transcript by contacting the school at 304-432-8208 phone or 304-432-8189 fax. A state issued photo ID is required for all requests and requests must be made by the graduate. PLEASE NOTE: Requests may take up to 7 days to process!
Graduates of the Class of 2018 and AFTER must request their transcript through Parchment. Parchment transcript requests will be processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays (except during holidays or when school is not in session). PLEASE NOTE: During summer months, Parchment transcript requests will be processed approximately every 3 weeks.

West Virginia's 2022 State Wide Financial Aid Workshop Series is a calendar of workshops providing families and students with financial aid information and "how to's" for the Class of 2022.
