Clay-Battelle Middle/High School

The MTEC tour for 10th graders that was cancelled last week has been rescheduled for tomorrow, December 9. Students will be leaving Clay Battelle at 8:30 and return to Clay Battelle by 12:40.

Because of the two hour delay this morning, the sophomore trip to MTEC has been postponed to another day. New date will be determined and we'll let you know when that happens. Thank you!

Due to inclement weather and secondary road conditions, all Monongalia County Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay on Wednesday, December 3.

Just a reminder that there is a Financial Aid Workshop this evening at 5:00 in the CBMHS library. The first part of the workshop will cover important information on the different types of financial aid available.  Students needing assistance with the FAFSA will need to bring their school issued chromebook.  Assistance will be provided to parents and students at the end of the information session.  

We’re excited to announce the launch of CB TIME, an after-school program starting tomorrow, October 21! Held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:35 to 4:35 pm, CB TIME offers homework help, tutoring, care before or after practice, and a chance to make new friends. To register, visit the Clay Battelle homepage, scan the QR code, and complete the registration. Snacks will be provided, but transportation is not included. We look forward to welcoming your child to CB TIME!

There has been an accident on Route 7 at the top of Cassville Hill involving two big trucks. If you live on or past Cassvillle Hill or the Meadow Ponds housing development, you will need to pick up your student at Mason Dixon Park on Buckeye Road a little after 2:30.
